How to Send Large Files

Xzito's email infrastructure supports emails up to 10mb each. If you have several files that are rather large, we recommend the following:

Method 1:

This method is available for all customers. Use this method if you don't have an Xzito Client Portal account setup

• Visit the Xzito FTP Upload Module
• Enter your Contact Information
• Upload your file(s) 
• Wait until the green check mark  to appear
• That's it. We'll notify you once we received your files

Note: Internet Explorer 8 or below is not supported via this method.

Method 2:

This method is only available for clients who have an active project, program, or maintenance plan with Xzito

1. Visit the Xzito Client Portal
2. Visit the project that relates to the files you want to upload
3. In the Activity Feed, send us a message and upload your file(s)
4. That's it. We'll notify you once we received your files
