Xzito's email infrastructure supports emails up to 10mb each. If you have several files that are rather large, we recommend the following:
Method 1:
This method is available for all customers. Use this method if you don't have an Xzito Client Portal account setup
- Visit the Xzito FTP Upload Module
- Enter your Contact Information
- Upload your file(s)
- Wait until the green check mark to appear
- That's it. We'll notify you once we received your files
Note: Internet Explorer 8 or below is not supported via this method.
Method 2:
This method is only available for clients who have an active project, program, or maintenance plan with Xzito
- Visit the Xzito Client Portal
- Visit the project that relates to the files you want to upload
- In the Activity Feed, send us a message and upload your file(s)
- That's it. We'll notify you once we received your files
